The Port Authority of New South Wales is inviting proposals from potential operators to manage temporary food and retail services at the southern forecourt, Circular Quay west roadway, and the curbside of this roadway within the Overseas Passenger Terminal Precinct (OPTP) during Vivid Sydney and the New Year's Eve fireworks starting from 2025.
To obtain the full Request for Licence Proposal (RFLP) document interested parties are required to sign and return a Confidentiality Deed Poll, via Tenderlink. The market process for the RFLP will close at 10am on 17 January 2024.
The Confidentiality Deed Poll is required because the full RFLP document includes information that is Commercial in Confidence. On return of the signed Confidentiality Deed Poll and acceptance by Port Authority, the interested party will be invited to the Private Proposal and be able to access the full RFLP document.
