Site Occupation

Charging PrincipleCalculation
Fee levied for the use of Sydney Harbour's common user, lease and passenger berths. The fee applies to vessels occupying all or part of a berth, discharging/debarking and loading/embarking cargoes or passengers, or for any other planned and approved activity at the berth (i.e. planned maintenance). Site Occupation for general cargo and other approved vessel activities at berth are charge on an hourly basis, whereas Site Occupation for Passenger Vessels is charged on a per passenger feeNon-Passenger Vessels: Hourly Rate x Hours At Berth
