    Giants invade Sydney!

With Sydney Harbour as the backdrop, the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay was an impressive venue for the promotional launch of the upcoming Rugby League World Cup 2017.

Giants invaded the OPT when the League of Giants unveiled 14 giant statues of players representing every country taking part in the competition. Two regular-sized rugby players were also in attendance. Robbie Farah and Michael Lichaa, who will both be playing for the Lebanon team in the cup.

The installation was unveiled ahead of the tournament that will be held in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea between 26 October and 2 December 2017.

The sheer size of the giants meant that the spacious outdoor venue at OPT was a perfect location to host such an event.
