The cruise ship Majestic Princess, received a warm welcome from Sydney this weekend as it sailed into the Overseas Passenger Terminal in spectacular fashion on its maiden call to the harbour.

Arriving at sunrise on a hot spring morning, Majestic Princess was flanked by a floating flare runway as it entered the harbour and headed to the cruise terminal in Circular Quay.

Built in 2017 in Italy, the 330 meter-long, 144,216 tonne and 19-deck Majestic Princess is the newest royal-class vessel from Carnival and Princess Cruises.
